WASTE HEAT BOILERS Water-tube and smoke-tube designs with natural water circulation through the boiler are appled.
Water-tube designs consist of two drums interconnected by a bank of coiled tubes, and adapted to the available space. The boilers are designed with two padded of flue gases in a vertical flow. A water heater is acommodated in the second pass. A steam superheater is fitted at the boiler inlet. The boiler structure is suspended to a steel structure.
Smoke-tube designs consist of a drum and smoke-tubes.The boilers are designed with one pass of flue gases. A water heater is accomodated in a smoke duct at the boiler outlet.

 

APPLICATION

For generation of superheated or dry-saturated steam by utilization of sensible heat of flue gases with a low content of dust and volatiles.
